Specializing in diagnosis of Neuro-Cognitive Disorders including: Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delays and Learning Disabilities. Patients are seen by referral from your primary healthcare provider.

MBD Clinic is a HOME-BASED office. Drop-in visits are not accommodated. Paper forms being delivered to the office can be left in the mailbox at the side of the house.

We offer a blend of VIDEO visits and in-person assessments. 1st visits are all in-office.

We have an ADHD follow up Clinic that is provided at another location. The clinic operates 1 day a week only. Visits are set to follow medication refills every 4 to 6 months. Patients are reminded that their Primary care provider is their contact for concerns or questions between clinic visits.

MBD Clinic uses Best Practice assessment tools in our evaluations.

Some assessment tools are not covered by OHIP. Non-OHIP fees may apply. All fees are discussed with families in advance of testing. Flexible payment options are available. Cost of most assessment tools is covered by Private Medical Insurance Plans. Payments are made in advance of testing through E-billing and payment.

Missed Initial Consultation visit or In-office specialty assessment 85.00

Missed Follow-up visit 45.00

Missed Counselling session 60.00

Refill Medication without booked visit 25.00/medication

Copy of replacement diagnostic letter 25. 00

Office note for school / other: 25.00

Chart copy: volume dependent

Form Completion: individual to detail needed

Disability Tax Form 85.00 (with parent child qualification self assessment)

Non-OHIP Assessment tools: Max fee 110.00.
